KePro Mixed Berry Smoothie

1 cup almond milk or regular milk
1/2 banana
1/2 cup blackberries, strawberries, and blueberries
1 scoop KePro

Blend milk and fruit together until smooth. Add KePro and blend for five seconds more.

KePro Organic Frappe Smoothie

1 cup strong organic cold coffee
1/4 cup cream
Organic honey to taste
1 scoop of KePro

Blend coffee, cream, and honey together. Add KePro and blend for five seconds more.

KePro Mango Mania Smoothie

1/2 to 1 cup mix of mango, papaya, and pineapple
1 cup almond milk or milk
1 scoop of KePro

Blend fruit and milk together until smooth. Add one scoop of KePro and blend for five seconds more.

Blend all ingredients together. Add KePro and blend for five seconds more.

1 cup milk or almond milk

KePro Green Dream Smoothie

1/4 cup coconut water
1/2 medium banana
1/3 cup cucumber (chopped)
1/4 avocado
1/2 kiwi
1 basil leaf

Blend all ingredients together. Add one scoop of KePro and blend for five seconds more.

KePro Banana Bread Overnight Oats

1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 small banana, mashed
2 tsp cinnamon
1 dash sea salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp pecans or walnuts
1 scoop KePro
1 cup milk, almond milk, or coconut milk

Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy a healthy breakfast on the go!

KePro Apple Cinnamon Overnight Oats

One scoop KePro
1/3 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Tiny pinch of ginger
Tiny pinch of ground cloves
Tiny pinch of kosher salt
1/2 medium apple, chopped
One cup milk or almond milk
One tbsp ground flaxseed meal or chia seeds

Refrigerate overnight and enjoy in the morning.
